Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By using any Maru Company app or service ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms and all applicable laws.
2. Service Overview
Maru Company publishes game and utility apps. The Service may store usage records (such as scores, gameplay statistics, or conversion logs) and may show advertisements to support free distribution.
3. Fair Use
Users must not abuse bugs, ranking exploits, bots, automated submissions, wallet or mailbox fraud, or any method that harms fair use of the Service.
4. Maru Floor Jump — virtual items & promotions
Maru Floor Jump includes in-game virtual currencies (coins and diamonds), a daily global leaderboard, mailbox rewards, daily missions, and an optional Lucky Box feature:
- Virtual coins and diamonds have no real-world cash value, are non-transferable, and may be adjusted or revoked for abuse or balance changes.
- Daily rankings (KST) may grant diamonds to TOP 10 players via Mailbox after settlement at 06:00 KST. Amounts are shown in the app and may change via server configuration.
- Ranks 1–3 may receive a random (~1.5%) chance at a 1,000 KRW promotional coupon in addition to diamonds. Coupons are not guaranteed and depend on server-side stock.
- Lucky Box draws cost diamonds and use disclosed probabilities, daily limits, and a pity rule (guaranteed coupon after a stated number of non-wins if stock remains). Non-wins may grant consolation coins. Coupon codes are promotional gifts subject to issuer terms and availability.
- Daily missions grant small diamond rewards when completed; progress resets each KST day.
- Rewarded ads may grant coins or diamonds as described in the app. Misuse of ad or ranking systems may result in withheld rewards or account restrictions on our servers.
5. Data and Privacy
Data handling follows our Privacy Policy at https://maru365.com/privacy.html.
6. Optional In-App Purchases
Selected apps may offer optional one-time purchases — for example, removing full-screen (interstitial) advertisements. Banner advertisements may continue to appear even after such a purchase. All payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their refund and billing policies. A "Restore Purchases" action is available so you can recover entitlements after reinstalling or switching devices.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided as-is, and Maru Company is not liable for indirect damages to the extent permitted by law.
